Awarded 2026 Early Career Research Grant (Type B)

Prof. Suwon Bae has been awarded an Early Career Research Grant (Type B) from the National Research Foundation of Korea.

From March 2026 to February 2031, the project titled “Development of a Particle-Based Molecular Dynamics Framework with Explicit Substrates and an Autonomous Experimentation Platform for Optimization of Directed Self-Assembly (DSA) Processes” will develop a particle-based molecular dynamics framework for ultra-fine semiconductor patterning process optimization and elucidate DSA defect control mechanisms.
